REACH Community Health Centre, in partnership with Britannia Community Services Centre, is inviting community organizations like yours to connect and share your resources with our community.
Our FREE event will bring together cross-cultural agencies and resources to support the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health of our community members. How people live each day affects their health and wellbeing. Our goal is to promote greater Health Equity and Empowerment with community members who are often particularly at risk of often serious health conditions and life challenges.
The day will include interactive workshops, presentations, screenings, giveaways and prize draws. Lunch will be provided for everyone.----------------------------------------------------------------
Friday, October 21 at Britannia Gym D, 1661 Napier Street, Vancouver
- 9 - 10am: Table set up
- 10am - 2:30pm: Engage with community members and promote your services
